SHIPPING POLICY

• When will I receive my order?

Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order. For certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 3-5 days of processing time.

*NOTE: During sales, processing times may be extended by an additional 48-72 hours. Shipping time begins once an order is picked up by USPS or FedEx. Transit times DO NOT begin at the completion of ordering. Please be aware of this when placing your order and choosing your shipping method. This applies to all orders including priority mail shipping.

All orders are shipped from our Shipping Department in OHIO.

* Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide except to the following countries: Cuba, Indonesia, Italy (Italian customs refuse all cosmetics), Spain (Spain requires individual registration with the Ministry of Health), Thailand, Turkey, Sudan, Syria. We also do not ship to any embargoed countrieOr * Will I have to pay customs fees, duties or taxes? (For non-US orders only)?

Customs fees, duties and taxes are solely the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to add these costs due to the fact that rates are determined by each individual country. YALORDE LASHES LLC is not responsible for these charges.

  How can I change my address after I place an order? If you need to change your mailing address after you have placed an order, please email us at support@yalordelashes.com Address corrections require a $6.66 processing fee.

❌ ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
⚠️ ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Once a shipping label has been created, your order is considered processed and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. By the time tracking information is sent, your order may already be part of an outgoing shipment batch.

• Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

🔁 RETURN TO SENDER / RE-SHIPPING

If your package is returned to sender due to:

• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed package

A re-shipping fee will be required before the package can be sent again.

If you choose not to pay the re-shipping fee, store credit may be issued for the order amount excluding shipping costs.

📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used lashes
• Sale items
• Gift cards

🔄 EXCHANGES: We do not offer direct exchanges.If an exception is approved, a new order must be placed separately.

🇪🇺 EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• Unused

• In original condition
• In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Carefully remove the lashes from the tray starting from the outer corner.
2. Measure the lash against your eye and trim the outer edge if needed.
3. Apply a thin layer of lash adhesive to the lash band and wait 20–30 seconds until tacky.
4. Place the lash as close to your natural lash line as possible.
5. Adjust the inner and outer corners for the perfect fit.

Handle with care to extend wear and reuse.
