All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Processing time is 7–10 business days, depending on order volume.
Pre-order items may require additional time.
During high-demand periods (sales, promotions, holidays), processing times may be extended by 3–5 business days.
Please note: Shipping time begins only after your order has been processed, packed, and scanned by the carrier.

Delivery time refers to the total time it takes to receive your order after placing it.
This includes:
• Processing time
• Carrier transit time
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Some extended or rural ZIP codes may experience longer delivery
🌦️ Weather & Carrier Delays Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:
• Severe weather conditions (snowstorms, rainstorms, extreme temperatures)
• USPS or carrier delays
• Natural events or logistical disruptions

📦 Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is packed and scanned by USPS or the selected carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Packages delayed by USPS or shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

All orders are shipped from our Shipping Department in Ohio, USA.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide except to the following countries:
Cuba, Indonesia, Italy, Spain, Thailand, Turkey, Sudan, Syria, and restricted/embargoed regions.
💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes required by their country.
These charges are not included at checkout.
YALORDÉ LASHES LLC is not responsible for these fees.

🔁 Re-Shipping Policy
If a package is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed package
A re-shipping fee of $7.99 will be required to resend your order.
