Shipping takes 7-10 business days,  MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY , We don’t work on Weekends  " ALSO ORDERS CAN TAKE LONGER WHEN ORDERING FROM A FLASH SALE " 

Q. WHY PAY FOR 6.99 FOR " USPS First Class Package with ( signature confirmation) ?

 we prove this service for our customer that have issues with their mailman or that want protect they package to no get lost " since we are no responsible for any LOST OR STOLEN shipments.  NOTE : when you pay for this shipping method don't mean your package will be send faster, THIS ONLY FOR PROTECT YOUR PACKAGE.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged.

 

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

Exchanges are acceptable for damaged product. Please contact  THOUGH DM ON IG @YALORDELASHES with all details regarding your exchange. NO EMAIL AT THIS MOMENT ONLY IG DM  note: we may take little longer to answer dm since we get many DM ' FOR FASTER SERVICE PLEASES PROVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AWAY.  NOTE: All emails will receive a response within 24-48 hours.

Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?


Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 

 Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?

     Orders are not allowed cancellations after 24 hours.

All packages are shipped USPS ONLY

 

Q. How I know my order is on the way? 

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by YALORDE LASHES

In addiction, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.
