ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
⚠️ ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS Orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Once a shipping label has been created, your order is considered processed and can no longer be canceled, modified, or refunded. By the time tracking information is sent, your order may already be part of an outgoing shipment batch.

📦 SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

YALORDÉ LASHES LLC is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order.

🔁 RETURN TO SENDER / RE-SHIPPING

If your package is returned to sender due to:

• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed package

A re-shipping fee will be required before the package can be sent again.

If you choose not to pay the re-shipping fee, store credit may be issued for the order amount excluding shipping costs.

📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used lashes
• Sale items
• Gift cards

🔄 EXCHANGESWe do not offer direct exchanges.If an exception is approved, a new order must be placed separately.

🇪🇺 EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:
• Unused

• In original condition
• In original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.
