Affiliate Program Terms

YALORDÉ LASHES AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS

1. Commission

• 12% commission on the net amount the customer paid (after discounts).
• Excludes taxes, shipping, and gift cards.

2. Tracking

• 30-day cookie window.
• If the customer clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the sale is credited to you (last click wins).

3. No commission on

• Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders.
• Fraudulent orders.
• Taxes, shipping, and gift cards.
• Purchases you make yourself with your own link or code.

4. Discount code

• Your personal code gives your audience 10% off.
• It cannot be combined with other sitewide discounts.

5. Payouts

• Monthly payouts.
• $25 USD minimum (smaller amounts roll over to the next month).
• 30-day validation period after order completion.
• Paid via PayPal, in USD.

6. Approval

• All applications are manually reviewed.

7. Product

• Being accepted does not include free product.
• Product packages are earned through content quality, activity, and sales.

8. Rules

• Represent Yalordé Lashes elegantly and honestly.
• Disclose gifted/commission relationships clearly on every post (FTC requirement: use "Gifted by @yalordelashes", #YalordePartner or #Ad).
• No spam, misleading claims, or fake reviews.
• No bidding on "Yalordé" search keywords.
• No coupon-site postings without written permission.

9. Termination

• Either party may end participation at any time.
• Violations may result in immediate removal and forfeited commissions.
