All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.
⚠️ ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed within 5–10 business days.
Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund.
By the time a tracking number is issued, your order is already in the fulfillment process and may be part of an outgoing shipment batch.
We only cancel orders if they have not yet been processed or labeled.
📦 RETURN ELIGIBILITY
In the rare case a return is accepted, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase

🚚 SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
YALORDÉ LASHES LLC is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays (USPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
🔁 RETURN TO SENDER / RE-SHIPPING
If your order is returned to sender due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed package
You will be required to pay a re-shipping fee listed on our website.
If you choose not to pay for re-shipping, you will receive a store credit for the order amount minus shipping costs.

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been processed.

📦 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
🔄 EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
🇪🇺EU 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days.
Items must be:

- In original packaging
